Processing Times
In-stock items typically ship within 1–5 business days after payment is received.

Custom-manufactured products, preorders, and special-order items may require additional lead time.

Shipping Methods
Orders are shipped using reputable carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and USPS.

Tracking Information
Customers will receive tracking information when available after the order has shipped.

Firearm Components and FFL Requirements
Products requiring shipment to an FFL will only be shipped after all required documentation has been received and verified.

Shipping Delays
Kross Custom Rifles LLC is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather events, or circumstances beyond our control.

Lost or Damaged Shipments
If a shipment is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us promptly.

Incorrect Shipping Information
