All firearms received for service are evaluated upon arrival. Final pricing, turnaround time, and service eligibility are determined after inspection based on firearm condition, configuration, and parts availability.
Customers will be contacted prior to any work exceeding the original estimate. Shipping and transfer fees are non-refundable once service intake has begun.
Firearms must be clean and in safe operating condition when shipped. Kross Custom Rifles LLC reserves the right to decline or return any firearm deemed unsafe, altered beyond serviceable limits, or outside the scope of requested work.
