About

Built With Purpose

Kross Custom Rifles was founded with a simple goal: build precision rifle actions without compromise. Every component is manufactured in-house using modern CNC and Wire EDM equipment to maintain control over tolerances, materials, and final performance. We don’t assemble parts from multiple vendors — we machine, inspect, and validate each critical component ourselves. The result is an action designed for consistency, durability, and repeatable accuracy in real-world conditions.

Our designs are driven by function. Geometry, material selection, and manufacturing processes are chosen to improve reliability, smooth operation, and long-term stability across a wide range of cartridges and environments.

From interchangeable bolt heads to lightweight firing systems and controlled extraction, each feature exists to improve shooter confidence — whether on the range or in the field.

We believe equipment should enhance skill, not fight it.

Kross Custom Rifles is built around accountability and craftsmanship. Every action leaving our shop represents the standards we expect in our own rifles. We are committed to American manufacturing, practical innovation, and supporting shooters who demand performance from their equipment.

Where Accuracy Begins and Excuses End.

Why Choose Us

Why Shooters Choose Kross Custom Rifles LLC

Kross actions are engineered for shooters who value reliability as much as accuracy. By controlling the manufacturing process from raw material to final inspection, we eliminate stacking tolerances and inconsistencies common in outsourced production.

Our platform provides smooth operation, consistent ignition, and adaptability across cartridge families while maintaining true precision rifle performance.

Our Team

Garrett Ball

Founder/Manufacturer/Gunsmith

Garrett founded Kross Custom Rifles to build precision rifles, and precision bolt action receivers designed around performance rather than tradition. Combining modern manufacturing technology with practical shooting experience, his focus is creating equipment shooters can rely on in demanding conditions.

Hayden Hood

CNC Programer/Oporator/Gunsmith
