Refund Policy

At Kross Custom Rifles LLC, we take pride in producing high-quality firearm components and accessories.

Custom Manufactured Products
All custom-made products, including firearm actions, receivers, and special-order items, are non-refundable once manufacturing has begun.

Returns
Unused, non-custom merchandise may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund, less any shipping charges, provided the item is in new, unused condition, in its original packaging, and has not been modified, installed, or damaged.

Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a defective or damaged product, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work with you to repair, replace, or otherwise resolve the issue.

Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before production begins. Once manufacturing or processing has started, cancellation requests may be denied or subject to applicable fees.

Firearm and Regulated Components
Products requiring shipment to a Federal Firearms Licensee (FFL) must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws.
